Wednesday Woo - Easter Delights

Easter brings us a very welcome long spring weekend with friends and family.  It's a time to gather and celebrate the new season - a celebration that involves fun, food and outdoor play, along with gifts and goodies that express the arrival of spring.

These lovely Easter Egg Tins by Maileg can be filled with all sorts of yummy treats for Easter Egg hunts.  Chocolate indulgence is inevitable but the Easter Egg Tins can also be used to hide little messages, buttons, hair clips or marbles for older ones. Part of the ritual I enjoy in decorating for Easter is putting the darker wintry coloured fabrics away and re-discovering all the fresh linens that signal the new season.
